Laundry can be a physical exertion for your loved one. Our caregivers are happy to wash, dry, fold and neatly put away your clothing.

Meal Preparation

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care

Caring for your loved on with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia can be challenging both physically and emotionally. At Tendercare Home Health Services we take a personal approach. We work with each person individually and customized our care plans based on the person’s diagnosis.

The first step in our process is a complimentary in-home assessment with a care manger to assess your needs. After the assessment, the care manager will create a customized care plan to suite your specific requirements and match you with the right caregiver. The care manager then makes regular visits to insure that the care plan remains updated and your needs are being met.
